Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 8-12 business days from the day your order ships. Your order will arrive within 12 business days at the latest. If a carrier delay pushes past this window, contact us at support@orevyx.shop and we will investigate and make it right.
Shipping rates
- Orders under $100: flat rate of $4.95
- Orders of $100 or more: FREE standard shipping
Shipping Protection (optional)
At checkout you can add Shipping Protection for $3.95. It covers loss, theft, or damage in transit with a free replacement or full refund, processed by our team without carrier claim paperwork on your side.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking page to show its first scan.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@orevyx.shop within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships. We cannot redirect packages already in transit.
