Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
Made to order
Every mask is printed after you order it, which is why it takes a little longer to arrive than a stock item. In the rare case we cannot produce your order, we cancel it and refund you in full.
How long it takes
Orders arrive in 6-10 business days in the US and Canada.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping rates
Free tracked shipping on every order, to both the United States and Canada. There is no minimum.
Shipping Protection (optional)
At checkout you can add Shipping Protection for $2.95. It covers loss, theft, or damage in transit with a free replacement or full refund, processed by our team without carrier claim paperwork on your side.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. It can take a few more days for the tracking page to show its first update.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@orevyx.shop within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships. We cannot redirect packages already in transit.
